INDMAC PHARMA RETURN POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

Indmac Pharma strives to ensure the accurate processing of medicines and products, delivering them in optimal conditions with each order. We recommend thoroughly checking items upon delivery.

DEFINITION

‘Return’ refers to the act of returning a product ordered from the Indmac Pharma portal by the consumer. The following situations may necessitate a product return:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  • Product(s) delivered are near or past their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months are considered near expiry).
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal).

Please note: If the received product is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you discover the damage after opening the package, the product may be returned for a refund. Replacement depends on product availability; otherwise, a refund will be offered.

In these situations, you can raise a Return request with our customer care within 7 (seven) days from the product delivery. Indmac Pharma reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer contacts us after 7 days of delivery.

Upon receiving the Return/Refund request, Indmac Pharma will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, the Return and Refund process will be initiated only after confirmation from the concerned vendor regarding the product contents.

In cases of frivolous and unjustified complaints, Indmac Pharma reserves the right to take necessary legal actions. The customer will be solely liable for costs incurred by Indmac Pharma in such cases.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Wrongly ordered products do not qualify for Return.
  • Batch number of the returned product should match the invoice.
  • Return requests due to changes in prescription do not qualify for Return.
  • The returned product should be in its original manufacturer’s packaging with original price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice.
  • Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return; only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

Category of Non-Returnable Product:

Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page will not qualify for Return. Details of non-returnable products include:

Categories – Type of Products

  • Baby Care – Bottle Nipples, Breast Nipple Care, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Ear Syringes, Nappy, Wet Reminder, Wipes, and Wipe Warmers
  • Food and Nutrition – Health Drinks, Health Supplements
  • Healthcare Devices – Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors
  • Sexual Wellness – Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits
  • Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines – Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills, and any other product requiring cold storage, or medicines falling under the category of specialty medicines.

RETURN PROCESS:

  • For Return intimation, visit www.indmacpharma.com/contactUs.
  • Indmac Pharma’s customer care team will verify the customer’s claim within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the receipt of the complaint.
  • Once verified as genuine and reasonable, Indmac Pharma will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
  • The customer must pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pick-up if required.

MEDICAL TEST:

For medical tests, a Refund request may be raised in the following cases:

  • The report has been challenged, and no proper justification has been provided.
  • The time limit for providing a report to the patient is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours, and no proper justification has been provided.

Note: We provide free consultation and delivery of medicine if the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick-related injury.

REFUND PROCESS:

In all the above cases, if the claim is valid:

  • Orders placed through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet.
  • Orders placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.

ONLINE CONSULTATION:

In the case of online consultation, a customer can raise a request for Refund only if:

  • The consultation query is not replied to within the specified timeline.

The customer must raise the Refund request with Indmac Pharma’s customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of query submission or receiving a response. The request for the Refund will be validated by the customer care team.

In case of a valid Refund, it will be done by crediting the customer’s bank account. The Refund process shall be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the request submission.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customer Cancellation:

  • The customer can cancel the product order until Indmac Pharma ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • The customer can cancel the medical test order until the collection of the sample.

Indmac Pharma Cancellation:

  • Some orders may be unable to be accepted and serviced by Indmac Pharma’s partners and may need to be cancelled. Situations leading to order cancellation include
